Septic Tank Pumping Pros

Septic pumping companies: partner with Septic Tank Pumping Pros

Septic Tank Pumping Pros sends homeowners who need a pump-out, inspection or septic repair to one service company per county. Here is where those requests come from, how county territories are held and how to apply.

Who should apply

We want septic service companies with vacuum trucks that handle routine pump-outs, riser and lid installation, baffle and filter work, line jetting, and inspections for property sales. Companies that also repair or replace tanks and drain fields can receive those requests too.

Septic Tank Pumping Pros is not a septic company. It is a homeowner guide published by Cornelia Cove LLC. We explain how often tanks generally need service, what affects a pumping bill and what an inspection covers, so the owner knows what to ask for.

How homeowners arrive at a request

Owners come to the site when a drain backs up, the yard smells, an alarm sounds on a pump tank, they are buying or selling a house, or they simply cannot remember the last pump-out. They read the cost guides, our emergency pages for backups and alarms, and the county pages that summarize local inspection and pumping rules where an agency publishes them.

When they want service, they send the request form, which captures name, phone, the service needed, city or area, urgency and a description. Any free-tool result they generated is attached. We only forward requests that people submitted themselves.

What you get with each request

A person checks every request before it goes to a partner. You receive contact details, location, urgency and the owner's description, which often includes tank size if they know it, the age of the system, whether lids are buried and whether sewage is surfacing. Backups and alarm calls are marked so they can go to the top of your schedule.

Homeowners are told that an independent local company may contact them. We do not present you as our employee and we do not quote your prices for you.

County territories: exclusive and first come

One septic company holds each county. Pumping, inspection and repair requests from inside that county go only to that company and are not resold. Many counties keep their own septic rules, and some require pumping or inspection on a schedule or at sale, so county lines keep things simple.

Counties are assigned to the first qualified company that finishes onboarding. If your county is already held, ask to join its waiting list or to look at an adjoining county that is still open. We will match territory to the trucks and crews you actually run.

Partner commitments

Hold the septage hauler permit or license and any installer credentials your state and county require, carry liability insurance and share proof on request. Quote in writing, list digging, riser, disposal and extra-volume charges separately, and file any pumping or inspection report the local health department requires. Respond to new requests promptly and tell us about invalid or out-of-area requests.

If an owner only needs a pump-out, do not sell a new drain field on the same visit without showing them why. Our pages warn owners against that, and an honest service report keeps them coming back.

How the work is spread across the year

Pumping requests are steady, but they bunch up around holidays when houses fill with guests, after heavy rain saturates the soil, and whenever home sales pick up and buyers order inspections. Frozen ground and buried lids add to the job in colder counties. Owners who reach us often have just moved into a home on a septic system for the first time and want someone to explain the tank, the baffles and the effluent filter as well as empty it, so a technician who takes a minute to show them around tends to win a repeat customer.

Frequently asked by pumpers

Are most requests routine maintenance or emergencies? Both appear, and the urgency field shows which. Do owners know where the tank is? Often not; the description usually says so, which helps you plan for locating and digging. Can a company that subcontracts repairs still apply? Yes, as long as you tell the owner who will do the work.

Apply

Fill in the request form on the contact page and begin the description with "Partner application". Add your company name, the counties you want, your permit or license numbers, your insurance carrier and the services you offer. Replies come by email.

Every arrangement is agreed individually before a request is sent. We do not publish partner pricing and we do not guarantee a volume of requests, which depends on county demand and the season.
